  • On average, building a new home, based on one of the floor plans in our portfolio, typically takes anywhere from 6 to 8 months from contract to completion. For custom homes, the timeline may vary. Each renovation or home we build has a unique timeframe for construction depending on many different factors such as location, site condition, size and scope of the project, and finishes.

  • There’s no such thing as too big or too small! We’ve created large, 8,000+ square feet multi-family residences, but our typical spec and investment homes are single-family residences around 1,500-2,000 square feet. From small cottages to large custom homes, we have the expertise to bring your dream home to life! Our team is dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship and tailored solutions, regardless of the project’s scale.

  • Our construction projects are spread across Bay and surrounding counties. Currently, we have active projects being built in Panama City, Panama City Beach, Mexico Beach, and Southport!

  • Our current office, located at 1309 W 30th St. in Panama City, is a spec home built in our Horizon Pointe neighborhood outside of SweetBay. Feel free to contact us to schedule a tour!

  • We offer a 7-year structural and 1-year workmanship/craftsmanship warranty. We follow up 1-month, 6-months, and 11-months after the completion of your project to address any potential warranty concerns.

  • A standard draw schedule is broken down into completed milestones. Clients have the option to choose between out-of-pocket payments or using financial services through a trusted bank.

  • We work with a team of incredible suppliers and designers to meet to provide a variety of selections for your new project!
